Once the front portion of the case was removed, installation of the PrimoChill Radiator Pro Series 240
was finalized. In order to match the military theme that was planned, the internal chassis was sanded
down, primed, painted flat black and clear coated. Two Coolink SWiF 120mm fans were attached to the
radiator to assist with cooling. Coolink SWiF fans provide excellent airflow performance with minimal
noise levels. Each of the fan tails was also sleeved to address cable management issues.

In order to really add some character this project, the staff at Moddersmart fabricated a replacement
front bezel made out of smoked acrylic. The replacement bezel adds in additional air circulation for
the radiator as well as mounts for switches and LED's which will later be added to the project. To
really make the front bezel unique and personalize the project, the MTB logo was added as part of the
design.

Keeping in line with the military theme meant sourcing our some unique switches for the project. In the
end the MTB Live Ammo Case will use 2 military style rocker switches for Power and Reset as well as
to LED's installed into oversize LED chrome holders.

Like the internal chassis, the external shell was sanded down, primed and air brushed with camouflage
style graphics. Extra care was spent to highlight the "Live Ammo" logo as well as accent the side
panel windows. Instead of using acrylic style windows, metal mesh alternatives were used to promote
additional air flow. Each metal mesh window was affixed to the side panels using double sick tape and
aged via airbrushing to match the rest of the case theme.
