Well there it was, just sitting there looking like it was unfinished, or was it that it’s too bright? Did it need more aging,
what was wrong? I posted the photo here on MTB and asked all my friends to help me. Most said it didn’t fit the looks of the
case, as did some of the guys at my work. So, that proved to be a malfunction on my part. It was brought back to the shop where I
quickly masked up the basket to protect the red and black and sanded off most of the paint from the ribs. Sean and I had a small
discussion about it and then I started applying automotive body filler. I started sanding the glop to give it some shape and bring
it to life in a matter of speaking. Being that of an artist, I knew that I could sculpt product out of nothing.
Conclusion:
This is all that I’ve done so far on this new look for the handle back bone project. All I'm gonna say is, when it's done this
time, it shouldn't look at all like it how started. That’s all I can offer for now which might not be much but in a project
of this magnitude it’s taking a long time getting things just right. This wraps up Part 2 of the Project Creative Case, in the
third installment I will continue to further refine all the features and continue to work the project to its completion.
