One of the interesting features on the modified Lian-Li PC-76 was the use of a thinner version of c-strip or truck side moulding
around the window cuts. I took some time out to ask Neil what it was and he mentioned that it’s a new product that is stocked in
the Bigfoot store. The moulding is definitely better than the thicker truck side moulding or traditional black moulding with the
locking that I have used in the past. There was another trick out Lian-Li PC-61, which had some of the newer gadgets to hit the
consumer market. On display were the Vantec Nexus Multi-Panel, VLSystem L.I.S RED LCD Kit and new black versions of the Vantec
EZ-Swap IDE HDD Rack.

The next stop on the show was the visit the E-Compuvision booth for some
cooling products. Ralph had a nice clearance bin of cooling items which included products from Vantec, Thermaltake, Global Win and
Fanner. Shennon managed to get a great deal on three different fan controllers: PCMods 4-switch Baybus, PCMods Rheobus v1.0 and
Maelstrom Rheobus Kit. Mantis held back on purchasing some fast OCZ Ram and I got a chance to inspect some water cooling products
from Black Ice radiators, Swiftec waterblocks to Tygon tubing.

The back portion of the International Centre was blocked off to hold the entire Fragapalooza 2002 East event. There were several large
tables with power and LAN cables available in the BYOC area. During the afternoon, I noticed that a few people in attendance were
setting up their computers for the frag fest. Towards the front entrance was the tournament area sponsored by Intel, where gamers could compete
against each other in sanctioned games of UT2003 1vs1, Warcraft III 2vs2 and Halo CTF 4vs4 for a chance to win $40,000 in cash and
prizes. Digital Extremes, makers of Unreal Tournament 2003 were on hand demonstrating the Unreal Map Editor as well as providing tips
on how to make your own custom maps.

Microsoft Corporation was present with several areas to play the X-Box Gaming consule. Gamers had a chance to test out the popular
Halo and Unreal Championship titles. In another area of the event there were also demonstrations of new PC software titles called
Impossible Creatures and Rise of Nations. Both titles were real-time strategy games and looked very promising, developers were also
on hand to answer any questions.
