Out of the box, the BeanTech BT-80 Clear Acrylic Computer Case is very well constructed and the amount of engineering effort to put this product together is phenomenal. The case measures approximately 490mm (W) x 205mm (H) x 450mm (L) and supports all Flex, Micro, Full ATX motherboards. A series of counter sunk screws secure all the panels together with the top portion of the case supported by two horizontal acrylic rods. The front bezel is very stylish and well laid out accommodating all the necessary features found on standard steel or aluminium based ATX cases. The BT-80 does not come equipped with a stock power supply and consumers will be required to purchase this item separately.

The front bezel of BT-80 features 4 external 5.25" drive bay slots that can handle any type of computer configuration. All the drive bay covers are perfectly flat and suitable for mounting existing pre-made devices such as LCD's, front port extenders or fan controllers. Towards the middle section of the case are two accessible external 3.5" drive bay slots, which are suitable for mounting floppy devices.

To the right of the 3.5" external drive bays is an oversized power button that has been recessed in a square box mount. The BT-80 also includes a miniature recessed reset button and bevelled mounts for the Power and HD LEDs. An inside view of this mount, demonstrates the amount of detail and work gone into this case. All the joints are perfectly soldered with heatsink wrap and bundled in clear spiral wrap to keep cable management to a minimum.
