MODTHEBOX would like to thank Katie from Dremel
for sending the Dremel MultiPro 395 & Flex Shaft Attachment for review
Introduction:
Case modification originally started as a DIY enthusiast’s hobby and has slowly progressed into the
mainstream spotlight. While it is very easy for the average computer user to purchase a pre-modded
computer case from any online vendor, there are still a few select individuals who prefer to complete
their own custom mods. Part of the solution for modifying any type of stock case is to have an
assortment of different tools required to complete the job. One of the more popular tools and
accessories available to case modders has been the products developed by the Dremel company. Today in
the MTB Labs, we will be evaluating the Dremel Multipro 395 and Flex Shaft Attachment, products which
simplify the process of modifying a standard stock computer case.

Dremel was also kind enough to include two add-on accessory kits for the MultiPro 395. The Dremel
Flex Shaft Attachment is a simple add-on extension of the rotary tool which allows more finger
control to cut, grind, sharpen and polish items. The Dremel Lawn Mower and Garden Tool Sharpener
is an add-on accessory that allows you sharpen most rotary lawnmower blades using an included
angle guide. For the purposes of this review, the main focus will be on covering the MultiPro 395
and the Flex Shaft Attachment Kit.
