The top portion of the Trinity X-21 Mid-Tower Case incorporates a digital thermal probe monitor which is embedded behind the two way mirror. The thermal probe can be connected to any heat source for accurately tracking temperature performance in degrees Celsius. The Trinity X-21 also features a swing away door which reveals the external drive bays. A total of 4 x 5.25" drive bays and 2 x 3.5" external drive bays are provided to handle any type of computer configuration.

Towards the bottom portion of the case is the Power and Reset buttons which also double as Power and HD activity LEDs. The Power button is oversized and the reset button is accessible, both have been embedded in a circular silver mount which matches the overall theme of the case. As part of the add-on feature set; the Trinity X-21 also includes a Sound Selector Device which connects directly to any 5.1 sound card. The Sound Selector allows users to toggle between a speaker or headset configuration at the press of a button. Additional front ports include dual USB ports, Audio, and Microphone. Absent from this configuration is the inclusion of a IEEE1394 Firewire port.

Underneath the 3.5" external drive cages are two additional switches which control the Hard Drive Selector function. As previously mentioned, this is yet another add-on feature which allows you to select and boot off of one of three different operating systems. I will go into more detail about the Hard Drive Selector function later on in this review. The Trinity X-21 is equipped with an indented case handle which allows easy access to the interior and works by placing your hand inside and pulling the side panel backward.
