The front bezel on the Scorpio 668 Blue stands out as one of the primary features of the case. The front door includes an X-shaped blue riser against a silver backdrop. A clear dome with a chromed letter Z and two smaller clear sections provide some additional power and hard drive LED activity. The front door is a clear rival to the popular Thermaltake Xaser III Case, and Raidmax is obviously trying to capitalize on its popularity by providing a low-cost alternative with similar styling. Finally, the door’s locking mechanism is the only other feature of the door, although no keys for the door were provided with the unit.

The base of the bezel includes the popular intake grill that allows for decent airflow to the front chassis while still allowing relatively decent looks to the front of the case. A small door at the top of the grill folds back, revealing two front-mounted USB 2.0 ports.

The front door hides the four externally available 5.25" drive bays and two 3.5" drive bays. A large power button and smaller reset button sit slightly recessed in the lower left corner, along with the standard green and amber power and HDD activity LEDs. On the reverse side of the door, a couple of interesting features include the fact that four easily removable clips mount the front bezel. This makes it very easy to access the panel for modification purposes. The wiring for the door-mounted LEDs has additional clips for stress relief, as well as a stiff heat shrink that looks like it could withstand regular door openings.
