The Gear Grip LCD Shield Harness like most of the CaseAce product line features a premium soft grip handle which is re-enforced with a piece of aluminum. The aluminum is embedded inside the handle to keep the strap from buckling and provides a solid grip when handling the unit. There are two carabiner-style snap hooks measuring 2 inches which simplify the installation process and provides an assurance that any equipment bundled by this product will remain secure.

For those consumers who don't want to use the premium soft grip handle, as an alternative the Gear Grip LCD Shield Harness also includes an easy to use black adjustable shoulder strap. The black adjustable shoulder strap attaches to the top portion of the LCD Shield Harness using the same carabiner-style snap hooks and can be easily attached and detached for added convenience.

In order to protect the surface of any LCD or TFT monitor, CaseAce has added two types of lining material called Ripstop and Soft Tricot fabric. Both fabrics are regularly used in the clothing industry and provide a durable, water-resistant material that's both lightweight and breathable. By opening up the Gear Grip LCD Shield Harness, you can see that this material has been extended from the top and bottom portion of this product. As an additional warning, CaseAce recommends that the Gear Grip LCD Shield Harness not be installed while the LCD display is on due to the excessive heat generated by the monitor.
