One of the unique aspects of the PrimoChill Dual and Floppy Bay Reservoirs is that both products build upon the foundation and design of the original Bayres product. The Dual and Floppy Bay Reservoirs measure approximately 18mm (L) x 8mm (H) x 15mm (W) / 15mm (L) x 5mm (H) x 10mm (W) and are composed of laser cut 1/4" Lucite Acrylic. The emphasis for both products is the ability to conveniently fit into any dual 5.25" and 3.5" drive bay. The PrimoChill Dual and Floppy Bay Reservoirs have joined together with a water-tight seal that is pressure leak tested prior to shipping.

The top portion of the PrimoChill Dual and Floppy Bay Reservoirs features a convenient screw-in plug which is used to seal the fill hole. The fill hole has been tapped with a 1/4" NPT on the Floppy Bay Reservoir and 1/2" NPT on the Dual Bay Reservoir. Both threads allow you to easily undo the screw-in cap in order to fill the system or use standard hose barb if needed. One of the great benefits of the PrimoChill Dual and Floppy Bay Reservoir design is that it acts as an all-in-one fill and bleed system. By positioning the reservoir horizontally in the drive cage, air released from the water coolant rises to the top of the unit eliminating air trapped in the hose lines, water block and pump.

The rear portion of the Dual Bay Reservoir has been outfitted with six 1/4" NPT threads while the Floppy Bay Reservoir only has three 1/4" NPT threads. This new type of configuration makes both products suitable for multi or dual water block setups. Consumers who use new three barb style water blocks such as the D-TEK White Water, Danger Den RBX or the Polar Flo Universal CPU Water Block can easily tailor their water cooling configuration with these products. Barb positions have strategically placed on the top and bottom as well as the left and right sides to prevent air from being sucked back into cooling system.
