MODTHEBOX would like to thank Patrick from Canda Computers
for providing the ATI TV Wonder VE Remote Control Edition for review.
Introduction:
The popularity of multimedia applications has created a brand new viable market for computer
component manufacturers. In the past where a standard PC was used to perform a few simple tasks,
today's high performance systems are now considered multi-purpose tools. The same functionality
found in consumer electronics can now be adapted to the PC thanks to simple add-on peripheral
cards. ATI Technologies Inc based out Markham, Ontario has been a world leader in the design and
manfacturer of innovative visual processor solutions. The company is considered a market leader
in the graphic industry by providing cutting edge technology for the PC, Macintosh, workstation
and notebook markets plus consumer markets including hand-held, set-top box and digital TVs. The
company's flagship Radeon series of high performance video cards extends from low, mid and high-end
budget solutions. Today in the MTB Labs, we will be evaluating the ATI TV Wonder VE Remote Control
Edition Kit, a product that adds multimedia functionality to a standard PC.
