During my evaluation I was pleased to see clear wires running out of the base of the fan since this helps in keeping the fan wires organized and neat in appearance. The Blue Glowing LED Fan ships with a 3-pin to 4-pin Molex converter that has the same clear wire as the fan. The included connector wire serves as an extension for the 3-pin connector.

The Memorex Modz Cold Cathode Kit includes; one cold cathode tube, a round black toggle switch, a black dual inverter, a power connector using a 4-pin Molex and some double-sided sticky pads. The only thing missing from the cold cathode tube was the Velcro pad used to secure the inverter in your system. The kit's description on the Memorex site states that one should come with it, so it’s my belief that this component was missing.

The Memorex Modz dual inverter is a glossy sealed box, which features two screw hole mounts on each side. This is ideal if you do not with to use a Velcro pad in order to mount the inverter. The dual cathode inverter is a both a positive and a negative add-on in this kit. This is a good thing for those with a second cold cathode that have the proper connector, but Memorex Modz doesn't sell single cathode tubes on their website to take advantage of this extra connector. The connector that leads from the inverter to the cold cathode is keyed, so it makes it difficult to use a spare that you have from another manufacturer without some modification.
