Introduction:
A few years ago, the Cooler Master ATC (Active Thermal Convection System) product line burst onto the scene and
garnered a strong reputation for some of the best consumer cases on the market. The cases ranged from desktop,
mid-tower, server tower and 4U cases constructed of high quality aluminum with excellent craftsmanship and
aesthetically pleasing design. It is not surprising with great success that Cooler Master would re-design its
product line with newer revisions to meet both mid and high-end demands of the consumer market. Recently, Cooler
Master has released a series of mid-tower cases, which incorporate pre-modified options for those individuals that
lack the skill or tools to modify their own cases. Today in the MTB Labs, we will be evaluating the new Cooler Master
Wave Master TAC-T01-BK Aluminum Case, a mid-tower case that combines great aesthetic design and functionality.
Specifications:
The Wave Master TAC-T01-BK Aluminum Case is one of two available models available from the Cooler Master website.
Consumers have the option of selecting the TAC-T01-BK which is the black version or TAC-T01-E1C which is the

The Cooler Master Wave Master TAC-T01-BK Aluminum Case was shipped in a colourful standard double-walled
corrugated box with the case manufacturer's logos and images printed on all sides. The packaging inside
the box was excellent with the case sealed in protected plastic with two pieces of polystyrene located
on the left and right hand sides.

Out of the box, the Cooler Master Wave Master TAC-T01-BK Aluminum Case is absolutely stunning in
appearance and design. The internal and external panels have been constructed using brushed high
ventilation Aluminum-Mg Alloy. The TAC-T01-BK shares similar characteristics of previous Cooler Master
designs with an emphasis on functionality and dazzling aesthetics. The front bezel is very stylish with
a great futuristic wave design that is replicated from the top portion of the bezel to the bottom. The
case measures approximately 540mm (L) x 198mm (W) x 458mm (H) and is slightly heavy at 17.2 lbs. The
Wave Master TAC-T01-BK Aluminum Case supports all standard ATX motherboards and does not ship with an
included PSU.
