To simplify the process of transporting the "Secret Agent" Briefcase, ClearPC has embedded a thick 3/16" acrylic handle that is secured directly into the case frame via four screws with cap nuts. I was initially skeptical on the strength of the handle after viewing preliminary pictures of the case but I can confirm that the handle is very durable and when weighted down with full components does not buckle under pressure.

To move away from the standard configuration of ports located on the back of a standard acrylic case, ClearPC has included a plastic clear port extender on the side of the "Secret Agent" Briefcase. This custom, all-clear cable assembly includes dual USB, Firewire, and one set of Audio jacks. The dual USB ports user internal header pins that can be conveniently connected directly to a motherboard. The Firewire and Audio cables must be routed out the rear of the case and connected to the appropriate ports on a motherboard. Located next the port extender is a series of ventilation slots that assist with air circulation above the CPU area. The positive aspect of this feature that air circulation is pushed in one direction and allows the heat from the CPU to be exhausted. The negative of this feature is that there is no filter located in this area prevent dust and foreign material from entering inside the case.

The ClearPC "Secret Agent" Briefcase is comprised of two pieces; an acrylic top and bottom that are fitted together to make one piece. The two pieces are held together via clear hinges that have been bonded to the back of the case. Consumers have easy access to the internals of this enclosure by lifting the top portion of the lid in the upward position. The lid is held in place by a latch that extends to keep the lid in place when installation or maintenance work is performed. Next to the hinges in each corner is an adhesive pad which aids in keeping the case stationary when placed in the vertical or horizontal position.
