MODTHEBOX would like to thank Lucy from Cooler Master
for providing the CM Stacker STC-101 Aluminum Case & Cross Flow STF-B01-E1 Fan for review.
Introduction:
The definition of a standard computer case has taken on a new meaning with the trend in case modification influencing
what we as consumers see as a base offering. Integrated connectivity, vibrant colors and pre-modified panels are just
a few of the options commonly found on base model in which potential buyers must take into consideration to their needs.
The exterior advancement of the computer case far rivals that found on the interior chassis. Consumers are troubled
to find equilibrium of design and function often sacrificing one for an ideal case. Today in MTB Labs, we will be
evaluating the new Cooler Master CM Stacker STC-101 Aluminum Case and the Cross Flow STF-B01-E1 Fan.
Specifications:
The CM Stacker STC-101 Aluminum Case is the latest chassis design introduced by Cooler Master and boasts features such
as dual power supply mounts, up to eleven 5.25" bays, ATX, EATX, BTX support and more. Color selections currently only

The CM Stacker STC-101 Aluminum Case ships in an oversized vibrant gray and purple retail box. A product profile
shot along with Cooler Master logos grace the front of the packaging. An extensive list of specifications along
with a diagram outlining key features can be found at the rear. I did note two additional color schemes displayed
on the box, which aren’t readily available to the public as of writing this. Inside, two polystyrene blocks and
plastic packaging secure the case in place and protect against damage. The CM Stacker STC-101 Aluminum Case ships
with a variety of accessories are included which include PSU mounting brackets, four castors, dual PSU bypass

Out of the box, my initial impressions of the CM Stacker STC-101 Aluminum Case were very positive. Measuring
approximately 584mm x 227mm x 536mm (D x W x H) the CM Stacker STC-101 Aluminum Case is much larger in comparison
to the average mid-tower. A combination of beautiful brushed aluminum alloy exterior and SECC steel chassis
make up overall composition of the Cooler Master CM Stacker STC-101 Aluminum Case. This combination of materials
becoming more apparent with case manufactures seeking to provide consumers with an economical alternative to a
luxury aluminum case. With an emphasis on maximum scalability, upgrade potential and power users, the CM Stacker
STC-101 Aluminum Case incorporates innovative features such a whopping eleven 5.25" based bays, Dual power supply
mounts, upcoming BTX support and an emphasis on performance cooling options. The front portion of the CM Stacker
STC-101 Aluminum Case is constructed from a series of removable plastic mesh covered 5.25" bays, which total eleven.
Behind, a total of three 120mm intake fans can be installed.
