The top portion of the Nikao Hero Mid-Tower Gaming Case includes a decorative emblem that has been encased with plastic chrome. A center white jewel has been wired directly to a series of red LEDs that will light up the front portion of the case once powered. The bottom portion of the case features two ventilation slots which are enclosed in black mesh and positioned on the left and right hand sides. The ventilation slots work in conjunction with the front intake fan to draw the appropriate amount of air into the chassis. The black mesh is decorative and matches the design perfectly while preventing dust from entering inside the case. Similar to the front bezel, the bottom portion also features a plastic chrome design which includes Power and Reset switches which also double as Power and HD activity LEDs.

The Nikao Hero Mid-Tower Gaming Case features a swing away front bezel that uses a magnetic locking system that shields the drive bays when not in use. A total of 4 x 5.25" drive bays and 2 x 3.5" external drive bays are provided to handle any type of component configuration.

The Nikao Hero Mid-Tower Gaming Case includes two front mounted USB 2.0 ports, an option for IEEE 1394 Firewire port, ON/OFF switch for the LED lighting system as well as an Audio and Headphone jack. Each port is connected using a bypass cable that must be connected to the appropriate motherboard headers. Consumers will be required to check their motherboard manual on the proper instruction for attaching each cable. The ports are hidden by a plastic blue coloured shield which can be pushed up when the ports are not in use.
