MODTHEBOX would like to thank David from MGE Company for sending the MGE Extreme Gamer Quantum Case for review.

MGE Company

Introduction:

Standard beige ATX enclosures have been progressively replaced to reflect the market trend in case modification. This wave of design brings a new set of features, functions and ultimately gives the end consumer more to consider when looking to purchase a new enclosure. With the impressive speeds of today’s high-end hardware products, the majority of manufactures have since introduced at least one gamer performance based chassis into their product lines. In the past, MTB has evaluated a variety of cases each taking on a unique approach and today in MTB Labs we will be evaluating the MGE Extreme Gamer Quantum Case.

Specifications:

The Extreme Gamer Quantum Case is an ATX based solution and represents MGE Company's prestige offering targeted towards high-end based systems. Current color options are limited to black and silver. The Extreme Gamer Quantum Case incorporates several attractive features such an advanced LCD controller, dual side panel vents, front and side panel security, tool-less drive mounts, top I/O ports and more. Out of the box, my initial impressions of the MGE Extreme Gamer Quantum Case were positive. Measuring approximately 480mm (D) x 190mm (W) x 435mm (H), the Extreme Gamer Quantum Case can be classified as an ATX compliant mid-tower. A 1.0mm SECC steel chassis contributes to the overall weight of approximately 14.5kg. The emphasis put on the Extreme Gamer Quantum Case is based around performance, durability, interactivity and ease of use. Several key features give the case a distinct appearance such as front advanced LCD controller, dual side panel vents and aluminum bezel. A small accessory package comes bundled, which includes a variety of screws, motherboard mounts, keys and an ATX I/O plate.
