The highlight of the Swiftech H20-120 Rev.2 Water Cooling Kit is the inclusion of the MCW6000-P Water Block. The MCW6000-P consists of a stamped copper housing and brazed water block base that was manufactured using high precision CNC production methods. The base of the MCW6000-P is very reflective and features a thin pin design that consists of 281 pins. Swiftech advises that this particular geometry design maximizes the surface area exposed to the fluid and promotes turbulent flow which enhances the convection heat transfer. Included with the MCW6000-P is a compatibility and retention mechanism that works with on all Pentium 4 (socket 478), Xeon (socket 603/604) and Xeon 800Mhz system bus "Nocona" processors.

Two 3/8" valves (inlet and outlet) exist on the top portion of the water block and have been soldered to the housing. The exit valve has been positioned further back and the entry valve sits directly over the CPU core. The surface of the MCW6000-P has been treated with protective coating to minimize surface discoloration over time.
