The Swiftech H20-120 Rev.2 Water Cooling Kit includes a 2-pass radiator that measures 157mm x 133mm x 25mm and has been specifically developed for PC water cooling applications. The radiator features a high-durability acrylic blue paint job and comes pre-installed with 1/2" OD quick connect adapters. Accompanying the 2-pass radiator is the MCB-120 Radbox assembly. The Radbox is an external radiator mounting kit designed to install a 120mm radiator and fan externally to the computer chassis using existing 60mm, 80mm, 92mm, or 120mm fan mounting holes.

The heart of the H20-120 Rev.2 system is the MCP650 12VDC pump which is a replacement for the now discontinued MCP600 model. The MCP650 is an inline centrifugal pump with 1/2" barb fittings and a brushless motor for quiet operation. The pump receives power via a 4-pin Molex connector that can attach directly to a computer power supply. One advantage of using this particular type of pump is that the unit powers on simultaneously with the system without the need for solid state relays or any case modification. There are two different methods of installing the MCP650 inside any mid-tower case. Swiftech recommends using either the built-in adhesive neoprene pad or permanently bolting the unit to the bottom of the case using the supplied screws and bolts.

New to all the Swiftech water cooling kits is the MCRES-525 5.25" Drive Bay Reservoir. In the past Swiftech was known to bundle all their kits with a fill and bleed assembly. The MCRES-525 5.25" Drive Bay Reservoir is a welcome change and is constructed from high-density polyethylene. The reservoir includes some useful features for power users which include dual inlet compartments that allow the return of two devices installed in parallel. The top portion of the MCRES-525 also features a convenient screw-in plug which is used to seal the fill hole.
