The MCW6000-P Water Block has been designed to use the existing P4 Socket 478 retention system and requires the P4 mounting bracket to secure it to the base. The process works by first applying a thin layer of the thermal compound such as Artic Silver to the core of the CPU. The next step is to align the MCW6000-P Water Block on the CPU by centering the unit between the plastic mounting plates of the P4 motherboard. Once the water block was been centered, the retention mechanism can be installed and secured in place using the P4 mounting clips. The MCRES-525 Drive Bay Reservoir has 4 mounting screws with 2 on each side which allows it to conveniently fit into any free 5.25" drive bay.

The MCB-120 Radbox assembly requires four screws and bolts to secure it to the rear of any mid-tower case. In this example, I mounted the MCB-120 Radbox on a standard 120mm fan mount and used four additional screws to secure the 2-pass radiator and fan. Swiftech has already pre-installed the tubing for this unit and the last step required is to route it to the PCI pass-thru kit. Two Coolsleeves Coils have been used as a pre-cautionary step for preventing kinking on the tubing lines.
