A closer inspection of the analog style gauges reveals that each one is embedded directly into the left side portion of the front bezel. Each gauge has been clearly labeled and is back lit with a high intensity blue LED. On the right side of the case is the location for the front mounted ports which include dual USB, Firewire, Headphone, Microphone, Volume Control and Fan Control. The ports are attached to a series of extender cables which must be connected to the proper headers on a motherboard prior to use.

The back portion of the Sunbeam Trio Mid-Tower Case features a standard PSU mount, I/O ATX back plate, expansion slots, and dual 80mm or single 120mm exhaust fan mount. I did find the stamped fan grill prohibits decent air circulation when configured with either the dual 80mm or 120mm fan. Consumers concerned about this problem can easily use a Dremel or rotary tool to clean up this area. An ATX I/O back plate is provided which will fit most standard motherboards and includes all the necessary cut outs for serial, parallel, video, USB, mouse, keyboard, onboard LAN and integrated sound. The top, left and right side panels are secured to the chassis using standard 6-32 mounting screws which makes the Trio very case modder friendly.

The Sunbeam Trio Mid-Tower Case comes equipped with plenty of expansion room in the form of 7 PCI/AGP slots ready for use. The tabs covering the slots can be easily removed once the motherboard has been mounted. On the left side panel Sunbeam has included standard pre-modified window which provides a good view of the case interior.
