The multimedia aspect of the Samsung SyncMaster 930MP TFT-LCD Monitor is revealed when the unit is flipped on its rear to reveal a multitude of ports. On the left of the 930MP are connectors for DC Power, DVI-D (Digital), PC VGA-In (15-pin connector) and PC Stereo (audio port for internal speakers). On the right side of the monitor are connectors for RCA composite including Left/Right Audio and Video-In.

To round off the feature list, Samsung has also included an integrated FM Tuner module. The FM Tuner module connects directly to an external antenna wire that can be placed anywhere. Next to the FM Tuner module is an external RGB connector which attaches out the back of the monitor when the unit is not angled down. At the bottom of the Samsung SyncMaster 930MP TFT-LCD Monitor are two sets of integrated speakers located on the left and right hand sides. The speakers are powered by an internal stereo amplifier and provide a decent level of sound which is perfect for standard applications and everyday use. In the middle of the monitor is a circular power button and touch screen controls for volume adjustment and channel control.

To simplify the process of adjusting all the monitor functions, Samsung has bundled a brown and silver coloured remote control which is powered by two AAA batteries. The remote control offers the same level of functionality as the base of the SyncMaster 930MP TFT-LCD Monitor. The button layout on the remote is very simple and comparable to a standard TV remote control. The top portion handles all the TV functions including channel changing and volume control. The bottom portion handles all the display modes including the video source, Picture-In-Picture and the On Screen Menu.
