With the complications I faced with my N-Force 2 setup, I moved on to my other system consisting of a DFI LANPARTY UT N-Force 4 Ultra-D Motherboard. Most of the N-Force 4 boards have the N/B chip under the first PCI- Express slot. By moving my graphics card into the lower PCI-E x16 slot; I was able to install this Northbridge cooler. Although this is not an "official" SLI board, it does support dual x16 PCI-E slots, owners of SLI boards will need to repeat the same procedure to complete the installation of this product.

All that aside let’s move on to the installation and testing of this product. First we start off by removing the old Northbridge heatsink. This was accomplished on my motherboard by pushing down on the button locks, and squeezing together the "V" plastic tabs on the backside of the motherboard.
