MODTHEBOX would like to thank Chris from Nexus Canada
for sending the AXP-3200 SkiveTek CPU Cooler for review.
Introduction:
The CPU or central processing unit is known as the heart and soul of most computer systems. Technology
dictates that as consumers we witness advancement in terms of design and power every two years. Intel
and AMD are both the current forerunners in the processor market with each company releasing new
products every year. In order to keep, these processors’ running at their optimum levels requires a
combination of good thermal paste and a reliable heatsink cooler. Nexus Technology has built a fine
reputation for itself by offering silent PC products of high quality and performance. The company was
established in 2000 in the Netherlands by a group of experts on heat conductivity and noise reduction.
Their goal has been to build a strong and reliable trademark for silent computing. Today in the MTB Labs,
we will be evaluating the AXP-3200 SkiveTek, a CPU cooler solution designed for the AMD Socket A/462 and
Intel Socket 370 platform.

Out of the packaging, the Nexus AXP-3200 SkiveTek CPU Cooler rivals the heavy construction of some
brand name coolers currently on the market. The AXP-3200 measures approximately 8.2 x 7.45 cm (D) x
7.2 cm (H) and weights 334 grams. The premise for this particular product is to strike a balance between
desktop cooling and silent performance. The AXP-3200 is compatible with AMD Socket A/462 up to XP3200+ and
Intel Socket 370, up to P3 1.13GHz.
