The rear of the Lascala SST-LC14M HTPC Case has been sanctioned off into three sections with the PSU mount on the very left. The PSU mount is very accommodating allowing consumers to install a full size ATX PSU of their choice to handle the demands of power hungry components. To the right of the PSU mount is the location for dual 60mm fan mounts which operate at 3000 RPM with a noise level of 25 dBA. Below the 60mm fans is the location of an ATX I/O back plate which will fit most standard motherboards. The ATX I/O back plate includes all the necessary cut outs for serial, parallel, video, USB, mouse, keyboard, onboard LAN and integrated sound.

To the right of the ATX I/O back plate is the location for 7 PCI/AGP slots. The tabs covering the slots can be easily removed once the motherboard has been mounted. The external shell the of Lascala SST-LC14M HTPC Case follows the same traditional pattern of most desktop cases and is designed in the "U" shaped pattern. Once the external shell has been removed, a view of the interior reveals that the case is both spacious and well laid out.

On the left side of the Lascala SST-LC14M HTPC Case are several ports which include four USB, Firewire, Headphone and Microphone. The ports are attached to a series of extender cables which must be connected to the proper headers on a motherboard prior to use. Towards the front portion of the case is the location for an Everflow F129025SL 92mm cooling fan. The Everflow F129025SL 92mm cooling fan is capable of pushing 39 CFM at 2100 RPM with a noise level of 21 dBA.
