The MCR220 radiator is a single row two pass style that measures 1 3/8" thick, 11" high, 5" wide, and
is constructed with brass flat tubes, plenum chambers and frame, the louvered fins are made from
copper. These materials allow optimum thermal conductivity while reducing overall weight.
Here are some key features taken from the Swiftech website:
- 3/8" NPT threaded hubs, for maximum compatibility with various tubing installations.
- Patent-pending Self purging plenum chambers design: when installed upright or on its side, air cannot accumulate in the plenum chambers.
- Threaded fan and case mounting holes for quick and repeated installations.
- Slim design to facilitate installation, and reduce bulk.
- No oxidation over time (compared to aluminum radiators).
- Beautiful and durable gloss acrylic paint finish.
- Competitive pricing with same class radiators (single row, 2 pass).
The radiator is equipped with two 120mm ball bearing Delta M class fans. The Delta fan part number

Included in this kit is a nifty little device called the Radbox. This device simplifies the external
installation of the radiator by using the existing case fan mounting holes for all sizes of fans.
Here are some features and spec taken from the Swiftech website:
Functional convenience:
- Bolt-on, plug-and-play installation.
- Compatibility with an overwhelming majority of computer chassis featuring 60mm, 80mm, 92mm or 120mm
fan mounting holes.
- Multiple slots allow up to 3" of vertical travel, and 2" of lateral travel, providing ample
adjustment combinations to eliminate interference with cables, power supply, and side panel.
- Provides a simple mechanism for "hanging" even larger radiators such as heater cores from the back of the case.
- Space savings compared to external water-cooling systems: the radiator assembly shares the "dead" space occupied by the wiring behind the case.
- Reduces clutter inside of the chassis.
Features summary:
- 2 part construction: holding plate and housing for ease of installation
- Multiple slots for vertical and horizontal adjustments
- Bolts directly to 60mm, 80mm, 92mm or 120mm fan holes

As we move on and take a closer look at the MCP655 pump, we can see this new version sports a black
finish as opposed to last years MCP650’s blue finish. The pump also has a potentiometer located on the
rear pump housing to manually vary the pumps speed from 1800 to 4800 RPM to meet application demands.
This pump is reported as being quieter due to a new chipset controller, and boasts better flow and head
ratings in the mid-range than last years model. The MCP655 is equipped with molded 1/2" barbs
eliminating use in any systems using 3/8" tubing and fittings without the use of the optional kit from
Swiftech. The pump is a fairly small unit, with an 88mm width, 90mm height, 90mm depth, and can be
installed in the smallest of areas. Do not be fooled by its small size, this pump boasts a 10ft head,
and 1200LPH flow rate.
