Once the swing away doors have been opened, consumers will be pleased at the amount of expansion room
available in this case. The left and right side components can accommodate four 5.25" external drive bays
and two 3.5" external drive bays. Towards the bottom right side corner, I-Star has included a two position
Power switch and red coloured Reset button.

The back portion of the I-Star Storm Series D-300 Black 3U Rackmount Case features a standard PSU mount, I/O ATX
back plate, expansion slots, and two 60mm exhaust fan mounts. This area has been sanctioned off into three
sections with the PSU mount on the very left. The PSU included with this product is a proprietary 3U rated unit
that cannot be easily replaced with a off the shelf model. The unit is rated for 300 watts which means that component selection
and installation will be very limited due to power constraints. As alternative, I-Star offers the D-300 with
two additional PSU models rated 400 watts and 460 watts. Towards the right of the case is the location for
seven PCI/PCI-e/AGP slots. The tabs covering the slots can be easily removed once the motherboard has been mounted.

To the right of the PSU mount is the location for dual 60mm exhaust fans and an ATX I/O back plate which will fit
most standard motherboards. The ATX I/O black plate includes all the necessary cut outs for serial, parallel, video,
USB, mouse, keyboard, onboard LAN and integrated sound. The I-Star Storm Series D-300 Black 3U Rackmount Case has
two 60mm fan mounts but only includes one 60mm fan in the package. The 60mm Y.S Tech FD126025HB DC12v brushless fan
is capable of pushing 26 CFM at 4300 RPM with a noise level of 36 dBA.
