The heart of the HSPC Tech Station consists of two high grade Polymer bench surfaces and a black Neoprene rubber
mat. These key essential pieces make up the composition of the kit and are non-electrically conductive as well
as scratch resistant. The bench surfaces are divided into two different areas in which the upper bench has
pre-drilled mounting holes for the fan mounts and hard drive rails. The lower bench has several pilot holes
for the installation of the Motherboard Bumper Kit and vertical supports. In order to start the installation the
first step is to flip the lower Polymer bench surface on its rear and install four 1" screws and black standoffs
in each corner to be used as support.

With the four rubber standoffs installed the next step is to install the Motherboard Bumper Standoff Kit. This kit consists of
several rubber standoffs, 1" screws and two 1" Nylon screws and bolts. Like the upper Polymer bench, the lower bench has also
been pre-drilled with several mounting holes. A total of 13 standoffs will be used to cover the entire surface of the lower
bench. Once the rubber standoffs are in place the next step is to install four vertical supports in each corner. The vertical
supports will allow you to connect the upper Polymer bench to the lower bench.

Prior to attaching the upper bench to the lower bench, consumers will be required to do some pre-assembly work for the
bundled 120mm fans and hard drive rails. To simplify this process HighSpeed PC has clearly labeled the locations where
each component will need to be installed. By flipping the upper bench upside down allows this work to be completed
very easily. The kit includes four metal "L" brackets that can be used to attach the bundled 120mm fans.

The HSPC Tech Station has the ability to cool any components installed thanks to the inclusion of dual 120mm
fan mounts. By default the package includes two Evercool EC12025M12S fans that push 84.76 CFM at 2200RPM with
a noise level of 39 dBA. Since I planned to use the HSPC in low light environments I replaced both fans with
two 120mm CreAir DFB122512H Blue LED fans. One end of each metal "L" bracket was attached to the upper bench
while the opposite ends were secured to each fan using a fan mounting screw. The hard drive rails consist of
two acrylic rails, four screws and two plastic spacers. Once installed, the hard drive rail kit will support
the installation of two hard drives.
