Out of the box, the Samsung SyncMaster 204B TFT-LCD monitor looks aesthetically pleasing and has been designed with a black exterior accented with silver highlights. The SyncMaster 204B measures approximately 17.5" x 16.9" x 7.9" with the stand and has a maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200. The LCD has a total viewable image 20.1 inches with a pixel pitch of 0.255mm and contrast ratio of 800:1. For consumers worried about monitor height adjustment, the 204B has a re-tractable base that can be raised or lowered 2-3 feet above the desktop level. The Samsung SyncMaster 204B TFT-LCD includes a very low response time of 5ms (Gray-to-Gray) that produces exceptionally clear digital images without any ghosting. At the base of the unit is a series of small external silver buttons which allow the adjustment of the monitor settings. The buttons offer simple monitor functions including Power ON/OFF, Auto Adjustment, Onscreen Menu, and Brightness/Contrast options.
