The rear of the PrimoChill X-QPack H2O Case has been sanctioned off into two sections with the PSU mount towards the top right. To the left of the PSU mount is the location for a pre-installed HWLabs Black Ice Extreme Radiator. The Black Ice Extreme Radiator measures approximately 150.4mm x 128.6mm x 43mm and features a high-density louvered copper fin configuration for enhanced heat dissipation.

As previously mentioned, the PrimoChill X-QPack does includes an Aspire branded 420 watt power supply but the nice thing about this case is that the PSU mount is very accommodating allowing consumers to install a full size ATX PSU of their choice to handle the demands of power hungry components. The overall cable layout of the Aspire unit includes a 20-pin ATX connector, P4 12v connector, 6-pin AUX P4 connector, 1 x 15-pin SATA connector, 4 x 4-pin Molex connectors, and 2 x floppy connectors. Consumers looking for run high-end video card solutions will be disappointed that this PSU does not include any PCI-Express connectors.

Below the HWLabs Black Ice Extreme Radiator is a small opening for routing all the PrimoFlex UV coloured tubing as well as the ATX I/O back plate. Next to the ATX I/O back plate location are 4 designated PCI/AGP slots. The tabs covering the slots can be easily removed once the motherboard has been mounted.
