Today in the MTB labs, we will be evaluating the SteelPad S&S Professional Gaming Mouse Pad.

Specifications:

As with many SteelSeries products, the SteelPad S&S endured countless hours of testing and consultation with gaming organizations and gaming clans. This perfected design features an all plastic mouse pad with a textured mouse surface and non-slip coating on the bottom. It is large in size yet small in height. The SteelPad S&S arrived in an attractive looking cardboard box. Product name features and illustrations are found on the front. The rear of the box has quotes of endorsement from various gaming organizations and professional gaming clans.

Packaging is impressive; the box unfolds effortlessly and the SteelPad S&S looks to be in excellent shape inside. No frustrating plastic blister packages for this accessory.

The SteelPad S&S is further packed in its own protective nylon carrying case. The case features an embroidered Steel logo and two zippers that open much like that of a laptop carry bag. There is also a little zippered pocket on the back that is big enough to hold a mouse. This is quite thoughtful, as gamers are always on the move going to LAN parties and tournaments, a scratched mouse pad can really throw you off your game in a hurry.
