On the rear of the VFD we can see the power switch connector that enables the VFD to turn the system ON or OFF by the remote control. You can also see the 4-pin power and the USB connector. The USB cable is designed to plug into a female USB port and Thermaltake does include an adapter to plug it into a USB motherboard header if desired.

Access to the inside of the case is gained by removing the three thumbscrews and sliding the top cover slightly towards the back and the lifting it straight up. The inside of the top cover employs metal tabs that help to keep the top panel aligned with the main chassis body.

The case is equipped with the industry standard motherboard and front panel I/O connectors. This includes HDD and Power LED's, Reset, Power, and chassis intrusion switches, as well as a chassis speaker connection. There are front I/O motherboard connectors that include IEEE 1394, U.S.B, and audio connectors. The overall length of these wires is over 3 feet and I feel they are longer than necessary given this is a Desktop/HTPC case and not a full tower server.
