A series of chrome LED holders and 8 high intensity red LEDs were picked up from Radio Shack and
Sayal Electronics to complete the front bezel modification. The front bezel was covered with a few
layers of masking tape and by using a ruler and black marker, each mounting hole for the LEDs were
marked out including the location for the QuickCAM VC.

A 5/32" drill bit is used drill out all the LED mounting holes as well as a hole to mount the QuickCAM
VC. The PC-Rider+ has specific LED sequences that rotate from left to right and vice versa. I decided
that I would place each LED in a circular pattern with the toggle switch to switch program sequences in
the middle. Once all the drill holes are completed, the next step is to coat the front bezel with 3
applications of Plastikote Black Vinyl Dye.

Permatex Clear Silicon adhestive was placed on the external lens mount of the QuickCAM VC as well as the
area where the unit would be positioned. Once all the chrome LED holders were inserted into each LED
hole mount, the front bezel was left to cure overnight. The PCB for the PC-Rider+ was mounted on the
chassis using double stick tape and wired to a spare Molex connector.
